We aren’t sure whether tennis player Roger Federer knew of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai until a few days ago. But he certainly became aware of them, and their star status, on July 18.

The story goes that Federer, who is in Toronto for the on-going Rogers Cup, arrived at Hilton Toronto on July 18, expecting to be given his favourite suite, unofficially known as the ‘Federer Suite’. To date, he has always been given the suite.

Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na took a flying start at the box office. Taran Adarsh states, “Box-office throws a lot of surprises and that’s the beauty of this business. The verdict is out in the open. JAANE TU… YA JAANE NA has clearly stolen the march, as per initial indications. The film fetched a flying start, collecting 80% + in morning shows and was 100% in noon shows across the country. It’s one of the biggest starts of this year. The reports are very good and the film is expected to enjoy a strong, meritorious run in days to come.

Vikas Sagar (Zayed Khan) is one of the most promising journalists in the country. Owais Husain (Sunil Shetty) who heads a controversial Istanbul based news channel makes him an offer to head the channel for an outrageous salary and other perks. This offer came at a better time for Vikas who was undergoing a painful divorce with his wife Anjali (Shriya Saran)

But little does he know that one decision will change his life forever. When he voices his plans to quit the channel, he is reminded by Turkish commando, Rizwan Khan (Vivek Oberoi), how others who quit had been bumped off because they knew too much.
