Imtiaz Ali is all set to release his next movie, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Nagris Fakhri. The movie has gained a lot of buzz because of Nargis Fakhri being kept under wraps, and of course, because Ranbir Kapoor gets another shot at playing character of the decade.
We were pretty impressed by the promo, because a lot of the story is given out to us in the first teaser trailer itself, which means that the movie has a strong storyline and of course, sparkling performances. Rockstar boasts of a big name starcast, beginning with the recently passed away Shammi Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri. With Imitiaz Ali at the helm, and handling such a mature subject like the lovestory of a rockstar, we are sure that this will be one intelligent movie to make its way into theaters.
As far as the promos go, we think this will be a story of how a rockstar loses his love and takes to music to vent his angst and anger, making him a true blue rockstar. Ranbir Kapoor is our favorite actor among the young breed, and we will be shouting all the catcalls and wolfwhistles when Rockstar hits the theaters. Will you?
